hi bristol hotel! thank you so much for the excellent accomodation and the lovely atmosphere. despite only staying for only a day from 8-9 december 2022, the attention to detail, the quality of food and amenities, as well as the hospitality of the staff were commendable. the rooms were clean and safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. my parents and i enjoyed our stay in bristol hotel. however, what struck me most was my experience on the morning of 9 december, after my tour group and my family had left. to my horror, i realised i had accidentally left my jacket in the room! immediately, my family called the bristol hotel reception to notify them of my lost item. at that time, i was already an hour's drive from amman. the staff who was at the reception took care to check the room meticulously and managed to find my jacket. afterwards, he offered to drive down to our location to deliver the jacket to us. due to the fact that our tour group was going to leave for a location much further away from amman soon, as well as our intent not to trouble the staff of bristol hotel, we asked him if there was an alternative method of delivering the jacket to me. though we may not know his name, the staff member's quick thinking led him to communicate with our tour group leader. after some discussion, they decided to send the jacket along with another tour group who happened to be heading in the same direction as us on 10 december. the next day on 10 december, the jacket was delivered punctually, and its quality was not affected. the integrity, quick-mindedness, and kindness reflected by the staff member left a lasting impression on me and my family. i hope that bristol hotel will be able to commend this staff member especially for his kindness, as well as the other staff for their excellent service. should my family and i visit amman again, we hope to be able to stay in bristol hotel again :).

The Hotel is well located . I reached late at night and the first interface with the hotel was amazing. The receptionstaff was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety. What really impressed me was the warm and effiecient hotel staff.

I stayed there as a day use due to My transit flight and having over than 14 hours. I chosen it for the price while in those few hours, I enjoyed the food and the kindness and warm HEART hospitality from all the staff. I promise to be back but for longer vacation

I was there for 5 days for a workshop that I was facilitating. Excellent service and everyone was so kind! The room was great! Super clean! They have a lovely pool and gym facilities. The conference room was also absolutely super! Food was also very good.

This is the fist time that I stayed in Bristol Hotel and the stay was excellent, from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I checked out, all the staff from all the departments offered excellent service, everyone knew my name and all my requirements were meet with a smile. I will defiantly be back.

Since our visit to the hotel from the first day we have been greeted and welcomed to the fullest. Everyone who is here from the staff treated us with kindness and gave us everything they could to make us happy. The service is very excellent. The hotel is more than wonderful. I want to start my review with a huge thanks to all who may concern about this hotel everything where special from the moment my feet get into this hotel until I left , what I loved the most is that super gentle and kind man who drive me to the airport I think that his name is Zakaria , he is super amazing man with a great attitude, I promised him that if I come back I will ask about him to take me into a great tour with him , I would be very happy if the management could read this and reply to me ..... great hotel super staff I wish if Zakaria will know about this REVIEW HE deserves THIS REGARDS

The Bristol Hotel fits well in the hotel area of the capital. The staff is exemplary, whether at the reception desk or in the breakfast buffet area. Our room was clean, although the bathroom was far from being spacious. Overall, it’s a reliable choice, which doesn’t really stand out one way or another. Great for a night or two.

We stayed three nights at Bristol Hotel, Amman. Our stay remained comfortable. The staff was friendly and took great care of each of us. Having a meal and breakfast in a nice covered terrace was amazing. The breakfast was ok,however, meal was not a usual Jordanian meal rather an international buffet to serve guests of different countries.

I stayed one night and I found that clean hotel and proffissional staff. The breakfast need improved but the service was excellent.On the past I stayed at others 5 star's hoteThanks Rita for the arrangement my booking

Where do I start. Stayed for 21 nights in February and the first thing to say is that the reception, door and room staff are excellent. They cannot do enough to help. However, they are absolutely stymied by poor hotel practices outside their control.1. I am a non-smoker, so booked a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. As soon as I was ushered in I smelt the smoke and every surface reeked of it. I then realised that despite it being a non-smoking room, matches and ashtrays were provided. I mean, what??2. I changed rooms at my request - to another floor. Desk staff as ever, very helpful. This room smelt ok but after a while I could smell smoke again so yet again I asked to change. Again the desk staff were charming and changed me back to another non-smoking floor and room.3. That seemed ok but later I could smell a lot of smoke again and realised it was coming from the A/C this time. So, I put up with it - for 21 nights!4. However, several times I walked past open doors to see customers in their rooms openly smoking. Clearly, the rule is not enforced and it really let the whole place down for me.Another major issue is the bar on the 8th floor. Because of Covid restrictions, it is the only bar and heated restaurant. I had used it a few times for drinks and meals with no issue although it is like a smoke factory in there. However, one evening I went up for a meal, only to be told that to sit down, I would have to pay a 10JD cover charge as there was a band that evening. I protested that I was a paying guest, but to no avail. I was told by a completely charmless restaurant manager, that I could try room service. Fortunately there are several excellent restaurants only 100 yards away up the street.About a week later on a Wednesday evening, I had some important business guests meet me at the hotel and asked if they could have a drink. Foolishly, I took them up to the 8th floor smoke factory. We sat down and ordered some drinks which were served by 2 delightful Ukrainian ladies. But, within minutes, the restaurant manager was at our table and without speaking to me, the hotel guest. he told my important business colleague that he needed to pay a 20JD cover charge for our table as - yes, there was going to be a band, that evening. We paid and left.Truly appalling.What is apparent though, is that whenever there is a 'band', the bar and hotel, including the rooms are besieged by young women of all nationalities, some in very skimpy attire, who clearly use the hotel as a 'meeting' place.For me, that really, really let the whole place down.I liked the premises, the location and most of the staff who did so much. But the lack of enforcing the non-smoking rules and the dubious nature of band nights and consequent activities just spoilt the hotel experience.

Odd mix of the unusual and the badly considered.The room was small, the bed was quite small with the linen almost not fitting the bed, tea and coffee were available, the room was generally clean.Food by an internal pool was very unusual and generally pointless as it was cold and drafty, oh and in a smoking area.30 mins from the airport with security.

Pleasant hotel. Friendly staff and very Attentive. Excellent location near 5th roundabout. Easy access by public transportation or taxis. Big size rooms. Very comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is quite away from the city center (5th circle) and the taxi costs about 6,5 Euro, because of the terrible traffic and the fact that most of the taxi drivers dont use taximeter. It is clean and it has big rooms with big beds, but nothing special.The service at the receprion is not very fast and the staff not very willing to help.The worst of all is the food buffet. Breakfast buffet has low quality and average variety. We were wondering how you can manage to prepare fried eggs with no taste at all.Dinner buffet, especially the new years eve one, was at least offensive. They served remains and dont even inform what kind of food it was.Another disadvantage is that they host events at the pool restaurant (it happened twice in 3 days) and in these cases they serve dinner in a miserable room with no windows in the basement. I would never go again, especially during holidays.

Comfortable room, good amenities, very thoughful room services who took the time to decorate my sheets.The gym is well equipped although I think overall the hotel needs some refurbishment and upgrade.The air freshener in reception and rooms should also be reduced.For business purpose I think the hotel Is a good option.
