Room was huge with a nice view unto the pool, with a good size walk-in shower in the bathroom. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is good and many options to chose from. Other restaurants are in the close vicinity for variety.

The Bristol Hotel fits well in the hotel area of the capital. The staff is exemplary, whether at the reception desk or in the breakfast buffet area. Our room was clean, although the bathroom was far from being spacious. Overall, it’s a reliable choice, which doesn’t really stand out one way or another. Great for a night or two.

The rooms (I stayed in three - long story) were a little faded but the hotel is still a decent value. Not a particularly walkable area (in fairness, Amman isn’t a particularly walkable city) but a perfectly satisfactory place to stay. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or tried harder. The mini fridge was zip locked shut for the week - not a problem at all for me but YMMV.
