I want to start my review with a huge thanks to all who may concern about this hotel everything where special from the moment my feet get into this hotel until I left , what I loved the most is that super gentle and kind man who drive me to the airport I think that his name is Zakaria , he is super amazing man with a great attitude, I promised him that if I come back I will ask about him to take me into a great tour with him , I would be very happy if the management could read this and reply to me ..... great hotel super staff I wish if Zakaria will know about this REVIEW HE deserves THIS REGARDS

Recently, I had the privilege of staying at the Bristol Hotel in Amman, Jordan, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. Right from the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk staff welcomed me with exceptional warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. They embodied the essence of excellent customer service. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also went the extra mile to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to help with any request or question created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. It was clear that they took great pride in their roles. One aspect that really impressed me was the personalized attention I received during my stay. The front desk staff remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. This level of attention extended beyond the front desk, as I encountered the same exceptional level of service from all the other staff members throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and paid meticulous attention to detail in my room. Andalusia restaurant staff were equally remarkable, offering impeccable service during breakfast. Their friendly and accommodating attitude towards dietary preferences made dining at the restaurant a truly delightful experience. Moreover, the Bristol Hotel's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in the small yet meaningful gestures. A personalized handwritten note in my room upon arrival and the fruit plate.

This is the fist time that I stayed in Bristol Hotel and the stay was excellent, from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I checked out, all the staff from all the departments offered excellent service, everyone knew my name and all my requirements were meet with a smile. I will defiantly be back.

The Hotel is well located . I reached late at night and the first interface with the hotel was amazing. The receptionstaff was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety. What really impressed me was the warm and effiecient hotel staff.
