location is good, free car parking, amazing breakfast, helpfull staff.

We had a great stay with our family. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Miriana, who truly deserves recognition for her exceptional care. When we arrived with our kids, she immediately understood our needs as a family, helped us choose the most suitable option, and prepared everything quickly while we waited. Her kindness and professionalism made our arrival smooth and comfortable. The room was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, the bed was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast was delicious. The evening oud music was also a wonderful experience. Parking was always available, which was very convenient. We would also like to thank Taha in the restaurant area for his warm and attentive service. He made us feel very welcomed and took great care of our family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Staff were amazing, helpful and warm. Always smiling! the reception team, and the lady with the blond ashy highlight <3 beautiful pool area, we attended the Aoud night near the pool, the staff informed us and we enjoyed a very lovely dinner. Prices are great and the food was soo good. the housekeeping is top notch and the team always ask when youd like to have your room cleaned. ironing facilities in the room is great addition !! Many thanks to all the staff, and for the friendly patient staff at breakfast!! you need a medal! Thank you for making our trip safe, lovely and comfortable !!

Very clean, friendly staff, great food and restaurant view. Massage service was great too. Good location of the hotel.

Great location. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They all smile and greet you coming and going. I stay here every time I come to Jordan. I feel very comfortable here. Everyone is super nice. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, and they upgraded my room for free The stuff so nice and helpful Good food as well Bar tender lilia was so nice. And give positive energy

Hotel facilities are good Staff is excellent, Food is good.

I received a free upgrade to a junior suite. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and catered to my taste. It was centrally located near my workplace. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room was very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast choices were limited (same every day).

The hotel is located in a very central area close to everything and at the same time the area is relatively quiet. Right near the hotel’s entrance there is a big grocery shop, few meters ahead there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two good restaurants and a very delicious bakery shop. The staff were very welcoming and at the service of all customers. We were a family of five and got two big connected rooms which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries did not only include the basic soaps and shampoo but also shaving kits and toothbrushes etc…things we don’t always get in other five star hotels.

Very kind Staff, room size and cleaneness. Breakfast was amazing, private parking for cars.

Everything is Perfect The staff is friendly The food is good Hotel location is good

Staff , location , breakfast

Good location, nice and quiet. Check in was very quick after a long flight. Upgraded the room which was lovely and fruit was left in the room with a welcome note which was a nice surprise. Staff very friendly throughout my stay.

Loved the breakfast and location

Breakfast

Excellent staff and very hospitable and accommodating. Generous breakfast buffet with live stations.

Staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, could not fault them. The room cleaning was to a good standard. The bed was very very comfy. Rooms were well equipped- good aircon, powerful showers, fridge, smart tv, sockets by beds, very nice artwork, high quality furniture. Nice breakfast, beautiful environment, lovely music playing. Very attractive decor throughout the hotel. Nice area, close to shops, pharmacies, good restaurants and other hotels with bars etc. which could be accessed. Hotel shops with interesting items to buy. It had good security and felt safe/welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful, even though it was busy!

The staff are extremely welcoming and welling to help. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was very nice. The hotel is spotless and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. I liked the terrace around the pool where we had breakfast.

I loved the breakfast and how big the rooms were.

Front desk staff very helpful. Cleaning very good. Breakfast team vey nice.

The room was very nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom (of course, I prefer shower-like nozzles to bidets :)), very clean, and very peaceful. The location was less than 5 minutes walk to my meeting venue. It was also very convenient that there was a small supermarket right by the hotel. Arrangements for taxi and quality of taxis were also very good.

The location is excellent, with easy access to many nearby attractions. The rooms offered exceptional sound insulation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. They were also very comfortable, making it easy to relax

The team is very friendly and they act rapidly after any observation. The location is central and make it easy to reach any where in the city.

I got a free upgrade, the staff was helpful and sweet and friendly

Great service Specially Mr Mohamed and miss Katrina provided excellent service and support

When I arrived, I was welcomed at the reception by Mohammed, and honestly, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he greet me with kindness and a warm smile, but he also gave me the room much earlier than the official check-in time and upgraded my room as well. This left a very special impression on me. At this stage, I truly believe that a genuine smile and a welcoming face are more important than anything else in a hotel experience. I would also like to thank Dawood and Omar for their excellent work in housekeeping and for their readiness to fulfill every request with professionalism and kindness. A hotel that truly deserves to be considered among the finest hotels in Amman.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bristol Hotel in Amman, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in a vibrant part of Amman. The concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation.
